   The Process of building a Benleys vehicle
Before a Benleys vehicle is commissioned, the vehicle undergoes a
dramatic transformation from a standard panel van to a bare shell all
the way through to a truly individual creation with a difference. This intensive process involves 18 different
craftsmen, all experts in their respective fields. This meticulous stage
by stage process can take up to 8 weeks to complete, from the
dismantling process, through to cabinet making, then body refinishing
all the way through to the pre-delivery process. As we are a small
operation our main skill is bespoke cabinet making and custom interior
lining. All other work is carried our be separate independent craftsmen
specialists in their trades. This ensures that every single part of the
conversion is constructed to the highest of standards without
any compromise whatsoever.
